§ 122-141. Unlawful to switch car without evidence of payment of fee.

The moving of a railroad freight car or cars on a switch track by any railroad without first having obtained a certificate of evidence of payment of the switch track fee shall constitute a violation of this division, and each car so moved shall be considered a separate and distinct violation and punishable as such.
