§ 114-81. Punishment for fraud, etc.

Whoever with the intent to deceive shall make any statement or report, give any notice required under this article that is untrue or falsify or permit to be falsified any record of the system in an attempt to defraud the system as a result of such act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
