§ 98-70. Animals and pets.

No owner or person in charge of any dog or cat shall permit it to run at large or commit any nuisance within the limits of any mobile home park. Pets other than dogs and cats must be caged or penned at all times. No fowl shall be permitted in a mobile home park.
