§ 98-36. Application.
(a)
Applications for use permits for a mobile home park or court shall be filed with and such permits shall be issued by the department of safety and permits. Applications shall be in writing, in quadruplicate, signed by the owner of the mobile home park or court and shall contain the following:
(1)
The name and address of the owner and operator.
(2)
The location and description of the mobile home park.
(3)
One complete plan of the park drawn to scale, showing compliance with section 98-37.
(4)
Plans and specifications, certified by a registered state architect or engineer, of all structures and other improvements constructed or to be constructed within the mobile home park, in accordance with requirements of the city.
(b)
No use permit shall be issued for a mobile home park or court if the operator and/or owner of the facility shall have been convicted of a felony within ten years prior to filing an application.
