§ 90-38. Police news media pass; failure to return.

Any person to whom an official police news media pass has been issued by the department of police shall return such pass to the department of police within five days after the person's employment is terminated by the accredited news gathering agency named on the pass. Failure to return such pass within the five-day period shall constitute a violation of this section.
