§ 82-484. Opportunity for hearing.

Any person subject to this article whose application for license has been denied, or whose establishment or product license has been summarily suspended, without prior opportunity for a hearing, may appeal from such denial or suspension and shall be entitled to a hearing thereon before an assistant chief administrative officer, as set forth under the provisions of section 82-483.
