§ 82-483. Hearing.

When deemed advisable by the director in matters involving the safety, purity and potency of a licensed product or products for which an application for license is pending, the reports of inspection and examination, together with any pertinent data the establishment may submit, shall be passed upon by a hearing to be held by an assistant chief administrative officer of the city, in accordance with the notice issued by the director of the department of health in accordance with the provisions of the statutes of the state contained in R.S. 49:951. The hearing to be conducted by the assistant chief administrative officer shall also conform to all other requirements of R.S. 49:951 et seq.
