§ 82-314. Prohibited use of lead-based substances.

Latest version.

No person shall use or apply lead-based substances:
(1)

Upon the interior or exterior of a building;

(2)

In or upon any fixtures or other objects used, installed, or located upon the interior or exterior of a building, or intended to be so used, installed, or located upon the interior or exterior of a building; or

(3)

In or upon any toys, play equipment, or furniture.
