§ 82-313. Sample to be furnished to director.
Upon reasonable application of the director through its officers, agents or employees, any person having in his possession and/or building, articles, materials, or substances suspected of containing lead-based substances, whether for personal use, storage, exchange, delivery or sale, shall forthwith furnish samples thereof to the director in sufficient quantity for purposes of testing and examination for compliance herewith. When laboratory testing is used to analyze lead paint films, soils, or dust, the laboratory must be an environmental testing laboratory that is part of an accreditation program recognized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
