§ 82-193. All prisoners to be examined for venereal disease.

The department of health shall examine all persons who are confined in any prison or place of judicial confinement located within and under the authority of the city, to ascertain if such persons so confined are infected with a venereal disease and to that end the department may take from any such person such blood, mucus or other specimens for laboratory tests as may be necessary in the ascertainment of the existence of a venereal disease.
