§ 74-9. Smoking in holds of vessels prohibited.

No person shall smoke, handle or use tobacco lighted by fire or light or set on fire matches in the hold of any steamship or steam or gasoline boat or sailing ship lying at any wharf, landing or shed under the jurisdiction of the board of commissioners of the Port of New Orleans, or moored thereto, or on any float, dray or vehicle of any description passing on or over or using any such wharf.
