§ 66-250. Sand or gravel storage areas; batch plants to be fenced.

Every owner, occupant or lessee of any lot or portion thereof, located within 500 feet of a residential zoning district, which is used commercially for the storage of or as a transfer site for sand or gravel or as a batch plant for the mixture of asphalt, cement or concrete shall enclose such lot with a fence to be not less than six feet high nor more than ten feet (subject to a waiver from the board of zoning adjustments), to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons on such premises or lot.
