§ 42-231. Frequency limits and game times.

(a)

No cable television bingo operator shall transmit charitable games of chance by means of a cable television channel on more than two days per week.

(b)

No cable television bingo operator shall transmit by means of cable television channel more than 20 charitable games of chance per night.

(c)

No cable television bingo operator shall transmit any charitable games of chance by means of a cable television channel prior to 10:30 p.m.
