§ 42-230. Channel use.

All cablecasts of charitable games of chance by a cable television bingo operator pursuant to this article shall only be on a leased access channel and shall not be part of the organization broadcasting programs of the cable television franchise holder whose system is being used for broadcast of such charitable games of chance.
