§ 42-227. Necessary transmission equipment and services ownership exemption.

The provisions of section 42-123, relative to the requirement for the ownership of equipment for the conduct of charitable games of chance, shall not be applicable to bona fide items and reasonable amounts of goods, wares and merchandise furnished or services rendered which are reasonably necessary to be purchased or furnished for the cable television transmission of charitable games of chance permitted by this article.
