§ 34-9. Failure to start on time.

The failure of any float provider and/or parading organization to commence the float or truck parade within 30 minutes of the scheduled starting time shall subject the float or truck parade to cancellation and/or subject the float provider and/or parading organization to a $300.00 fine per violation.
