§ 34-13. Disbanding of night parades.

Night carnival parades may not be disbanded in the area bounded by Iberville Street, North Claiborne Avenue, Esplanade Avenue and the Lake Pontchartrain side of North Rampart Street unless the organization sponsoring the parade is having a ball at the Morris FX Jeff Auditorium on the same date of the parade. Basin Street between Canal Street and St. Louis Street shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
