§ 34-12. Pre-parade parties.

Any parading carnival organization may request permission to conduct a pre-parade party provided that such request is made in the initial application to the department of police. Proof of insurance shall include the pre-parade party. Security shall be provided at the carnival organization's cost as determined to be necessary by the New Orleans Police Department. Portolets shall be provided and removed within 24 hours of the party.
