§ 30-1645. Suspension or revocation.

(a)

The department of health may review a permit at any time. If the department determines that the permittee has violated any provisions of this article it may initiate proceedings to fine the permittee and/or to suspend or revoke the permits issued under this division. Such hearings shall be held in accordance with chapter 6.

(b)

The decision of the administrative hearing officer shall be final unless appealed to the civil district court for the parish, pursuant to section 6-40 and within 30 days of the hearing officer's order.
