§ 30-1643. Equipment.

Vehicles will be inspected prior to issuance of any permit or decal and prior to reissuance of any permit or decal annually to ensure that any solid waste and/or other substances delineated in section 30-1636 are contained and/or that a covering is provided with each vehicle to prevent leakage, spillage or seepage of such substances. Vehicles shall be maintained in a cleaned condition.
