§ 30-1640. Fees.

Each applicant for a permit under this division shall submit a nonrefundable application fee in the amount specified, according to the categories listed below. The appropriate fee must accompany the permit application.
(1)

Transporter of recyclable materials, recovered materials, waste tires, white goods:

a.

With capacity of three-quarter-ton capacity or less, $50.00 per vehicle;

b.

Over three-quarter-ton capacity, $75.00 per vehicle.

(2)

Transporter of septic waste, solid waste, used oil, industrial oil, lubricating oil, lubricants, $100.00 per vehicle, regardless of capacity.
