§ 30-1583. Appeal to committee.

Persons who have had their license issued under this division suspended have the right, within ten days of such decision, to make a written request for another hearing for reconsideration before a committee to be selected by the director of the department of safety and permits. Such hearing for reconsideration must be convened within two weeks after receipt of written request.
