§ 30-1582. Notice and hearing.

The director of the department of safety and permits or a duly designated agent may suspend a tour planner or tour guide license only after notice in writing mailed by certified letter to the licensee's last recorded address not less than ten days prior to the date of the hearing notifying the party involved that a hearing will be conducted; the convocation of such hearing; and written reasons for the suspension by the director of the department of safety and permits.
