§ 30-1252. Plans for separate facilities for each sex prerequisite to appointment of inspectors.

The superintendent of police shall appoint inspectors under this article only when plans of the bathhouses or dressing rooms in connection therewith shall have first been furnished to the council showing the separate facilities for each sex.
