§ 30-1253. Inspectors.

Whenever the council issues a permit for the operation of any public bathing beach, public bathhouse or the like, the superintendent of police shall appoint one inspector of each sex and they shall be assigned for duty at such bathing beach or public bathhouse for a period not to exceed ten hours.
