§ 30-1203. Issuance, fee.

The superintendent of police shall, when satisfied from an examination of the applicant referred to in this division and such further inquiry and investigation as he shall deem proper, of the good character, competency and integrity of such applicant, approve such application which shall be returned to the department of finance for issuance of the permit to conduct the business referred to in this article upon payment of a permit fee of $25.00.
