§ 30-1415. Disposition of rejected animals.

All animals condemned and rejected by the meat inspector will remain the property of the butcher, but must be delivered by him immediately upon the order of the inspector for the owner's account to some responsible rendering establishment situated within a reasonable distance from such abattoir or slaughterhouse.
