§ 30-1416. Disposition of condemned meat, etc.

  • When meats or other products of the abattoir are condemned in a refrigerator or cooler, slaughterhouse, public or private markets or wherever exposed for sale, they shall be removed immediately on the order of the meat inspector and shall at his discretion, by him, be saturated with such chemical agent as will prevent such condemned meat being sold for food.
