§ 30-1012. Notice of hearing.
(a)
No license or permit issued under this article may be suspended or revoked until after due notice and hearing before the director of the department of health or his duly authorized representative to determine if grounds for such revocation exist. Notice of such hearing shall be in writing and served at least ten days prior to the date of hearing by registered mail or personal service or, in the case of a massage establishment, by posting on the interior of the massage establishment.
(b)
The notice shall state the ground of the complaint against the permittee or licensee and shall designate the time and place where the hearing will be held. The licensee or permittee shall have the right to appear at such hearing and to produce evidence.
