§ 30-844. Infected clothing.

It shall not be lawful for any laundry or clothes cleaning establishment, or the proprietor thereof, knowingly to receive or wash, launder or clean the clothes from any infected premises, watercraft, railway coach or car or from any person afflicted with any contagious or infectious disease unless such clothes have been first disinfected by the department of health.
