§ 30-843. Persons with infectious diseases.

It shall be unlawful for any person afflicted with any contagious or infectious disease or skin disease to be employed or work in or about the premises of a laundry or clothes cleaning establishment or in the handling or delivery of any clothing therein washed, laundered or cleaned.
