§ 30-836. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Laundry, or clothes cleaning establishment does not apply to any place where laundrying, washing or clothes cleaning is done for not more than three families or three persons not constituting one family.
