§ 30-700. Misuse of permits.

(a)

No person, individual, or corporation shall copy, reproduce, or counterfeit, or cause to be copied, reproduced or counterfeited, any permit issued pursuant to this division by any form or process, or to otherwise represent something to be a valid permit when it is not.

(b)

Whosoever violates the prohibition of this section shall be punished in accordance with the penalty provided for in section 1-13.
