§ 30-694. Issuance.

When inspection reveals that the applicable requirements of this article have been met, a permit required by this division shall be issued to the applicant by the department of health after payment of any established permit fees. If the initial permit is purchased at a time other than the regular licensing period the cost of the permit shall be prorated except that itinerant food operations shall pay the stated permit fee regardless of the date of licensing. When it is necessary to prorate a permit fee, any part of a month shall be considered a whole month to facilitate calculating the permit fee.
