§ 30-693. Inspections.

The department of health shall issue the applicant for a permit under this division a copy of the relevant regulations and make an inspection of the proposed food service establishment to determine compliance with the provisions of this article within seven days, except that proposed itinerant operations shall be inspected within two working days.
