§ 30-654. Establishments outside jurisdiction of city.

Food from food service establishments outside the jurisdiction of the department of health may be sold within the city if such food service establishments conform to the provisions of this article or to substantially equivalent provisions. To determine the extent of compliance with such provisions, the health authority may accept reports from responsible authorities in other parishes or jurisdictions where such food service establishments are located.
