§ 30-558. Application fee.

Any person desiring to obtain a permit to act as a telephone operator for an escort service shall make application to the director of the department of finance for a telephone operator permit. A fee of $250.00 made payable to the director of the department of finance shall accompany the submission of the application to defray the costs of investigation and administration before and after the issuance of a permit.
