§ 30-557. Application.

Any person desiring a telephone operator permit shall file a written application with the director of the department of finance. The application shall be verified by the applicant. Any applicant for a telephone operator permit shall furnish all the information required by section 30-502. In addition, the applicant shall furnish the name of the escort service, if any, at which the applicant expects to be employed.
