§ 30-504. Investigation.

Application for a license or permit under this article shall be referred to the superintendent of police, within 72 hours of the application being filed, who shall cause an investigation to be made and shall report the findings to the director of the department of finance within 30 days of the application being filed. Applicants shall cooperate with any investigation conducted pursuant to the provisions of this article and shall permit access to the proposed place of business and facilities therefor in conjunction with any such investigation.
