§ 30-503. Application fee.

Any person desiring to obtain a license to operate an escort service shall make application to the director of the department of finance. A fee of $500.00 made payable to the city shall accompany the submission of the application to defray the costs of administration and investigation before and after issuance of the license. If the applicant is not granted a license under the provisions of this article, $250.00 of the application fee shall be returned to the applicant.
