§ 30-358. Sanitary maintenance.

All bakeries shall be kept in a clean condition and free from rats, mice, roaches and vermin and from matter of an infectious or contagious nature and any bakery which shall not be so kept, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and the department of health shall cause it to be abated.
