§ 30-293. Minimum height of rooms; adequate light and ventilation.

No bakery shall be established in any room in which the clear height between the finished floor and the finished ceiling is less than eight feet and six inches or in any location which is not in such communication with the outer air as to allow adequate lighting and ventilation.
