§ 30-291. Inspections; order to comply.

The director of the department of health and the inspectors and employees of the department of health may at all times enter, inspect and make such record of the condition of any bakery as they may deem necessary and if such inspection shall disclose a lack of conformity with this article, the department of health shall require such changes, alterations and renovations as it may deem necessary to ensure compliance with this article within a reasonable time.
