§ 30-203. Penalties for violations.

Every person who engages in merchandising by public outcry any of the items of merchandise mentioned in section 30-201 in violation of any of the provisions of this division shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment; or if by a corporation, it shall be punished by a fine of $100.00 for each such violation.
