§ 30-202. Sales permitted if licensed and licensee complies with provisions of article.

Sales by public outcry of the type mentioned in section 30-201 shall be permitted if they are duly licensed by the city as set out in this article and after the licensee has complied, and continues throughout the period of his license, to comply with the provisions, rules and regulations set out in this article.
