§ 30-39. Ordinances to call attention to provisions of article.

All ordinances directing the director of the department of finance to sell at public auction a franchise of any kind whatsoever shall contain a clause requiring that the provisions of this article be complied with by depositing the information above required with the director of the department of finance before any corporation shall be qualified to bid at such sale.
