§ 2-903. Schedule.

Not later than January 1, 1986, the chief administrative officer shall implement a plan for the assignment of passenger type vehicles in accordance with the provisions of this division and for the establishment of city and police motor pools. All passenger type vehicles which are not assigned to individual employees or assigned to a motor pool shall be declared surplus in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the Charter and sold at public auction. Concurrently, the chief administrative officer shall implement all necessary revisions of parking space allocations in city and police parking facilities to accommodate the establishment of the motor pools.
