§ 2-60. Salaries of councilmembers.

Pursuant to section 3-106(1) of the Home Rule Charter, effective on the first Monday in May, 2010, each councilmember shall receive an annual salary of $83,507.00.

Each succeeding first Monday in May, on an annual basis, each councilmember shall receive a cost of living adjustment according to the rate of inflation defined by the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics.
