§ 26-516. Which officer deemed to represent an offending corporation.

For the purpose of enforcing this article, every corporation shall be deemed to be represented by its president, and, in the absence of the president, by the first vice-president, and, in the absence of such officers, by the secretary or any officer or director having the management and direction of the corporation.
