§ 26-116. Maintenance generally.

Every person, whether owner, agent or occupant of every premises connected with the sewer or water system of the city shall maintain the fixtures and plumbing in such premises in good sanitary and usable condition and so as to maintain a free and unobstructed flow of water, fluids and odors through the pipes and escapes respectively provided therefor and so as to prevent obstructions therein and leaks therefrom of fluids or water or the escape of noxious, dangerous or offensive odors.
